You stay in control
Is it safe to connect my Google Ads?
That's entirely up to you. You only connect your account when you choose to, and you can withdraw access at any time: under Settings in the app or through your Google account. You give permission on Google's own site; only then do we get access. The access token is stored encrypted, each customer's data is kept separate in the database and all connections are encrypted. We host with Hetzner in Germany.
What does PPCagent see in my account?
PPCagent reads your campaigns, budgets, keywords, search terms, ads, your landing page URLs, your lead and cost figures and the change history. We only use that data for what you see in the app: monitoring, analyses, recommendations and the changes you approve. We don't sell Google data, we don't use it for advertising and we don't train general AI models on it. One customer's data is never used for another customer.
What happens if I don't approve a recommendation?
Nothing. If you turn a recommendation down, everything stays as it was and the daily monitoring simply continues.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Every change you approve is saved beforehand and applied exactly as the recommendation describes. You undo it in one click in the app, as long as nobody else has changed the same item in the meantime.
Can PPCagent raise my budget?
Not on its own. You approve or decline every change, and nothing ever goes over the budget limit you set yourself. We also don't recommend more budget until it's clear that it brings in leads. You pay your ad budget straight to Google; it doesn't go through us.
How it works
Does it work with my existing Google Ads account?
Yes. You connect your own existing account and it stays yours. You remain the owner and you remain responsible for it, including what you pay Google. Once connected, PPCagent monitors your account every day, explains what's happening and recommends improvements that you approve or decline in one click.
What if leads aren't being tracked properly?
Then we tell you straight. We check whether leads from forms and phone calls are coming in properly, and we flag it when they aren't. The daily morning check looks at this too. Until it works, we don't recommend more budget, because there's no way to see what your ads are bringing in.
What can I ask Co-pilot?
Anything about your account, in plain language. For example: why did my leads get more expensive? Co-pilot answers based on your own numbers. Not general theory about Google Ads, but what happened in your account and what you can do about it. So you don't have to wade through reports and dashboards yourself.
Do I still need an agency?
Not for your Google Ads. Your AI marketer manages your account every day and prepares the recommendations for you. Running a complex marketing strategy across several platforms, like Meta, TikTok or Snapchat? Then an agency makes sense, because PPCagent only looks at Google Ads. And if you'd rather have a person manage your Google Ads for you, there's Managed by NedDev. We don't guarantee leads, revenue or returns: results also depend on things outside our control, such as Google.

PPCagent is a service of NedDev BV, a Dutch agency based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. NedDev is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 65641922. The service is meant for businesses, not consumers. You can reach us at support@ppcagent.io.
Costs and canceling
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. PPCagent runs month to month and there's no annual contract. You can cancel at the end of any billing month. You can also disconnect your Google Ads account at any time, under Settings in the app or under permissions in your Google account. So you're never locked in. Your account and your data stay yours, during and after your subscription.
What happens to my data when I stop?
After you cancel, we delete your account and the stored Google Ads data within 30 days. We keep invoices for as long as the law requires. When you disconnect your account, the access token is revoked and deleted right away. Your Google Ads account and your data stay yours.
What does PPCagent cost?
PPCagent costs €299 per month, excluding VAT, and you can cancel anytime. That gets you every feature. If you'd like a NedDev specialist to manage your account for you, there's Managed by NedDev for €1,200 per month, excluding VAT. You pay a flat fee, not a percentage of your budget. You pay your ad budget yourself, straight to Google.
