Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of PPCagent, a service of NedDev BV (Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 65641922), Rotterdam, the Netherlands ("we"). PPCagent is offered to businesses, not to consumers.

This is a translation of the Dutch terms and conditions. If the two differ, the Dutch version applies.

1. What PPCagent does

PPCagent monitors the Google Ads account you connect, explains what it sees and recommends changes. Changes are only applied after you approve them in the app. You remain the owner of your Google Ads account and remain responsible for it, including what you spend with Google.

2. Your account

You keep your login details to yourself and make sure the people you give access to are authorized to act on behalf of your business. You only connect Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage.

3. Approvals and limits

You set a monthly budget limit for your ads in the app. PPCagent will not apply a change that would take your total daily budgets above that limit, converted to a daily amount. A change you approve is applied as shown in the recommendation; every change can be undone in the app as long as nobody else has changed the same item in the meantime.

4. No guaranteed results

We do our best to give good advice, but advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including Google. We do not guarantee leads, sales or a particular return. You pay your ad spend to Google and we do not refund it.

5. Free analysis and fees

You can create an account, connect your Google Ads account and run one analysis at no cost. Applying changes and using the other features requires a subscription, at the current prices on this website. Any different arrangements, such as a pilot, are agreed with you in writing. You can cancel at the end of any billing month.

6. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, nor for changes made by you, by others or by Google. This does not limit liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Data

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor and a data processing agreement applies, which we provide on request.

8. Ending the service

You can disconnect your Google Ads account and cancel at any time. We may suspend the service if it is misused or if Google prevents us from providing it. When the service ends, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
