Here's what happens after you start your free analysis
You start your free analysis. What happens next? Here it is step by step: from connecting your Google Ads account to the report at the end of the month. What we check every morning, what you approve and how you undo anything.
In short: PPCagent checks your Google Ads account every morning, shows you what your ads cost and what they brought in, and prepares what you can optimize. Whether it gets applied is your call.
Connect without a password, right on Google's site
It starts with creating an account. Then you connect your Google Ads account. No password needed. You give permission on Google's own site: you see exactly what access you're granting and confirm it with Google. Only then does PPCagent read your account: campaigns, budgets, keywords, search terms, ads, landing page URLs, lead and cost figures, and the change history. Your access token is stored encrypted, and your data is kept separate from every other customer's.
In the app you choose your monthly budget limit. PPCagent never applies a change that would take you over it. You pay your ad budget yourself, straight to Google, never through us. You can withdraw access at any time, under Settings in the app or under permissions in your Google account. When you disconnect, the access token is revoked and deleted right away. Your Google Ads account stays yours, and so does everything you pay Google.

Your account is analyzed every day
Every morning at 07:00, PPCagent goes through your account. Four things matter. Have leads stopped coming in while your ads are still running? Has Google disapproved an ad? Does the page your ad points to still work? And is money going to search terms that bring in nothing?
If everything's fine, you don't get an email. If something urgent comes up, you do, and it tells you what's going on. So you find out about a broken page or missing leads that same morning, not three weeks later. You don't have to log in every day to check. We do that for you. Every morning.
- LeadsComing in. 2 leads yesterday.
- AdsAll 14 approved by Google.
- Landing pagesAll 6 pages are working.
- Search termsOne recommendation ready: exclude 'fix boiler yourself'.
Every recommendation includes the exact numbers
When PPCagent spots an improvement, a recommendation appears in your account. Every recommendation is built the same way. First what we see, with the number. For example: €214 went to the search term 'fix boiler yourself' in 30 days, with 0 leads. A search term like that attracts people who want to repair their own boiler. They're not going to call an installer. Then what we do: exclude that search term. Then what it should get you: your budget goes to search terms that do bring in leads. And finally the risk, even when it's small.
You approve it or you don't. Click Approve and we apply it exactly as the recommendation says. Click Don't do this and nothing changes. Saying no is fine. Because every recommendation is built the same way, you never have to hunt for the numbers or figure out what exactly is going to change.

Applied at 10:24 and saved beforehand. Undo it in one click.
Every change is logged
Every change you approve is saved beforehand. That's why you can undo it in one click, in the app. It works as long as nobody else has changed the same item in the meantime. If a change doesn't feel right after all, you simply put it back. There's nothing to look up or dig for in Google Ads, because the previous state is ready and waiting in your account.
Your settings also include an emergency stop, next to your monthly budget limit. Two limits, two controls. You set both yourself.
- Analysis done. Ads, pages and search terms checked.
- Recommendation ready. Lower the bid on Heat Pumps from €3.05 to €2.40.
- Approved by Sean Byrne. The previous setting has been saved.
- Applied in Google Ads.UndoPuts the bid back the way it was at 08:47.
Forms and phone calls count. Clicks don't.
We optimize for leads, not clicks. What counts for a business owner isn't how often an ad was shown or clicked, but how many leads come in: forms that get filled out and phone calls that come through.
If leads stop coming in while your ads are still running, you'll hear from us. And as long as it isn't clear that your ads are bringing in leads, we don't recommend more budget.

Ask your question the way you'd ask a colleague
Got a question about your account? Ask Co-pilot. In plain language, the way you'd ask anyone. For example: why did my leads get more expensive? Co-pilot digs into the numbers in your own account and answers with the figures included, so you don't have to wade through reports yourself. No tables. No dashboard to open. Handy when you want a quick answer on where your money's going, or when you don't have time to look for yourself.
Why did my leads get more expensive?
It's the Heat Pumps campaign: cost per click there rose from €2.10 to €3.05, while the number of leads stayed the same. In your other campaigns, cost per lead held steady. Want me to prepare a recommendation to optimize the bid on Heat Pumps?

What went well and what we'll optimize next
Every month you get a report in plain language. What went well. What we'll optimize next. Not a stack of impression charts to decode yourself, but text you can read in a few minutes at the end of each month. If something isn't clear, or you want to know more about a point in the report, just ask Co-pilot. It answers using the numbers from your own account.
Byrne Heating & Plumbing
22 leads, 3 more than in September. Cost per lead went from €52.40 to €45.05.
In the Heat Pumps campaign, €88 goes to the search term 'heat pump grant 2026', with no leads. Our recommendation: exclude that search term.
