Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of PPCagent, a service of NedDev BV (Chamber of Commerce 65641922), Rotterdam, the Netherlands ("we"). PPCagent is offered to businesses, not to consumers.

1. What PPCagent does

PPCagent monitors the Google Ads account you connect, explains what it sees and proposes changes. Changes are only applied after you approve them in the app. You stay the owner of your Google Ads account and remain responsible for it, including what you spend at Google.

2. Your account

You keep your login details to yourself and make sure the people you give access to are allowed to act for your business. You only connect Google Ads accounts you are authorised to manage.

3. Approvals and limits

You set a maximum daily budget in the app. PPCagent will not apply a change that would take your total daily budgets above it. A change you approve is applied as shown in the proposal; every change can be reverted in the app as long as nobody else changed the same item in the meantime.

4. No guarantees on results

We do our best to give good advice, but advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including Google. We do not guarantee leads, sales or a particular return. Ad spend is paid by you to Google and is not refundable by us.

5. Fees

During the pilot the price and term are agreed with you in writing. After the pilot, the current prices on this website apply. You can cancel at the end of each billing month.

6. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, nor for changes made by you, by others or by Google. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Data

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor and a data processing agreement applies, which we provide on request.

8. Ending the service

You can disconnect your Google Ads account and cancel at any time. We may suspend the service if it is misused or if Google stops us from providing it. After the end we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam.
